ok well a while ago i posted about hitting a curb and bending some stuff. well i got all my new parts today, got the crossmember on, steering rack in, but...the lca will NOT line up w/ the tension rod! i just dont get it, should i put the rod on the lca 1st, then put the lca in the crossmember, or another way. i know somethings you have to do a certain way or it wont work. HELP

 

I loosen the bolts for the front crossmember and let it lower a little. Then I put the radius rod into the crossmember and barely screw on the nut at the end. It should be close to lining up with the lca at this point...might have put a little pressure on things to line them up.

You said you hit a curb? I didn't see the original post, so I don't know how bad the damage is. Is it possible you bent the mounting location for the lca on the chassis?
