if a thief wants it badly enough, they will take your car. all the anti-theft stuff can only either slow them down or scare the newbies away.

Your about to get kicked in the nutz from people who have had their R's jacked.....you def haven't been in here long enough or perhaps live in an isolated bubble where nobody can get in or out

Bottom line dood.......is that if somebody wants it they will get it. Take a few minutes and lock it up you say.....sure thing. Just wait till you come posting about how in the world your caR was stolen with a pager alarm, auto-lock, kill-switch, club, lo-jack parked in by 4 monster trucks. It can happen.....and can happen to you. So before you go leaving your caR places without that thought in the back of your mind.....id wise up and get a beateR, unless of course you dont care if your R is gone when you come back!

Why take a chance?
Drive the R for pleasure to secure area and leave the beater to do the daily job.
Do a search of R thief and see Infinity threads.

I agree with the majority, all amounts of defenses in thw world will never stop a determine thief. Layering your security measures can only slow a thief down, but your car will never be 100% safe.

No...it isn't. Especially in a Type-R forum where most evryone has had their R jacked or broken into. You would be amazed at the lengths thieves will go to to get your R. There has been threads on here of thieves cutting holes in garage doors and stealing R's with dual prox pager alarms, autolock, kill switches no steering wheel, ECU unplugged, and starter removed. Sounds rediculous huh? Its not. You should come for a ride in your R in Oakland, CA at night. You will get car jacked at gunpoint or your first redlight/stopsign.

You know if word got out that a bunch of guys were parking Type Rs in bad areas and waiting for theives to come and they gave those theves a life-threatening beating...I think you'd have alot of them thinking twice. It would have to make the papers of course. Fax some claims of responsibility and stuff...say the police aren't doing their job..I bet it could make the news.

Someone needs to remember this thread for when his car gets stolen. It is a guarantee that it will vanish. Period.

haa haa your a rookie talking out of your ***. i wish you were located in socal. i would find you and your car within 30 minutes. matter of fact i would call you on your samsung e600 cell phone through your at&t service provider to trace your location through recent calls you have made Peter (ill leave your last name out) . or i could run a vin# trace on recent state car registrations in the city or Ronkonkoma, long island to bring up any of the cars you own, let alone their location. oh and having a website as you do doesnt help either because little do you know ownership listings are public if you know where to look.

like i said i wish you were here in socal so i could show you how easily it is to find anyone these days. so i would choose my words carefully especially when you really have no certain control of what really happens to your car when a thief wants it. because you never know what information they> thief <will have on you, your cars location, and any other daily activities you do.

like i said if you were in socal i would be standing next to your car with a poster saying "I FOUND YOU AND YOUR CAR"

and yes i do this as a living and legally. so becareful and PROTECT your cars as best you can and dont let this guy fool you. he just hasnt met his thief yet thats all.
