Good engine?

My friends has found a used JDM EF9 B16A1 which has compression when warm 1.192 2.195 3.198 4.191.(PSI).
R they good?

The range of psi on each cylinder looks pretty good. There aren't any huge differences. I think the motor is pretty strong.

Cheers! What compression will be on new engine or after rebuild?
If the engine can last long i may buy it of him.

I don't know what the "new" compression should be. But it is definitley going to be higher but I would venture a guess to say it will not be higher by much.
