I'd say give it a good tune up and see if that solves your problems.
You could also turn up the idle a bit with the adj. screw and maybe it won't die so easily...

Sounds to me like the main relay. You can either buy a new one, or resolder the joints and fix the one you already have.
Relay is located up under the dash, right behind the switches for sunroof/cruise.

Wrong!! It is not the main relay, they DONOT go out while driving. The main relay switches on the fuelpump, It will give you a crank no start. Easy way to check the relay is listen for the car to cycle the injectors when u turn the key to the second click before you turn it on. Or simply grab the relay and turn the key to the second click you can feel it click and u can tell if its working or not . I am a REAL tech have been working for honda almost 5years now, sorry this defiantly does not sound like a relay problem at all. Its very hard to try and diagnos a car with out phsically having the car infront of you. But you dont just throw parts at it either.
I was just wondering if changing the Main Relay worked for you? I'm currently having the same problem as you. I've changed everything so far that i could think of. And just did a major tune up, and its still happening. I never thought about the Main Relay. I've narrowed it down to two more possible things. My alternator, since it seems to happen more when the fans kick on our when i roll down the windows. The idle will fall to about 500rpm then all of a sudden the engine stalls. Im thinking maybe its doing this because of some type of surge in the electrical system or my alternator can't handle the load. So theres one possible diagnosis. The other im thinking i could have Vacum leak somewhere. But this im unsure of. I still need to do a leak check on the system. I've done everything already that others have told you so far except for the Main Relay. I don't recommend adjusting the idle screw or adjusting the throttle cable to make you car Idle higher. Because it will only temporarly fix your problem. Trust me i've done it already. Hopefully changing out your Main realy worked for you. If not i'll keep you posted on my progression with this problem. If it did work let me know ASAP please. Anyways i'll give the Relay a try since its not that much to obtain one and swap it out. So in the mean time i will not be Reving Hard lol lates.

oh shoot that could be it....i used to have a drag gen3 kit in the car and decided to take it off for now till i save up enough to resleeve the block. Now that u mentioned the location of the relay swith being where the sunroof/cruise control switches are at, that's where the shop that installed my kit placed my turbo timer...and all these problems started when i took off the timer and the turbo.....ive had pretty much everything checked out and replaced exept for that main relay you've mentioned. i'll go ahead and give it a try.....really dont know what to do with it, like i said before i dunno anything on fixing cars, im trying to learn my way thru 'em....so most likely i'll probably drop it off and have my mechanic check it out....thanks everyone for replying...hopefully thats the only thing wrong with it. thanks again......

I'm sticking by my assumtion, If I had the car infront of me I would definitly look over the main relay with a multimeter+continuity tester and systematically find the issue.
From what GokuSs4 said it seems like the issue arose when the turbo timer was removed.

yes i believe it was when i took off the turbo timer....when i took off the turbo kit....the car was running ok infact better when i had the turbo in the car, but i left the timer and the gauges in the car for another week or so, and when i took the timer out with the gauges, thats when the car started stalling.....i would always think it was due to the extreme heat outside...coz it would always happen alot when its really hot in the afternoon
...it happens at night as well but not as much in the afternoon when it gets really hot.....thanks again im gonna give it a try and bring it to my mechanic.....

could be vaccuum or IAC. I also had the same problem before i had the Ignition Switch recall done. theres soooo many things that it could be...do the major tune up and see what happens...if not take it to someone that you trust who knows about H-series motors and have them troubleshoot.
I had a similair issue with an older model camaro. A vacum guage isolated the problem for me, vacum lines are an engines diagnostics best friend.
Also.. is the car still tuned to a turbo setup? if so that could be the problem.
Get a vacum guage and isolate the problem.

As think more and more about the Relay, one fact keeps repeating itself.....so let me ask you how does a relay operate???? A relay is like an open close switch its either open or its close there is no in between. It works or it doesn't. For those who think it is the Main Relay could you further explain your reasoning? But hell I'll give it a try either way.
It could possibily be the ignitor uf it's heat related as well.

No, your motor is probably fine.

The reason it could be the main relay is the following. The main relay is prone to this failure. As the relay gets older the solder joints begin to dry and crack. What happens during hot days is that the metal expands enough to loose continuity. On colder day, its not a problem. Many people get away with removing the old solder, and resoldering the relay.

hello again....need more feedback please....jst got the major service done on my car...engine now has 104k miles.....did the service, changed the spark plugs, timing belt, drained the fluids and filled them up again, oil change, changed air filter, fuel filter, had the fuel system checked out, had the injectors checked, did a compression test and came out to be 160 on all four....timing was adjusted, valve cover seals replaced, header gasket replaced....but i didnt get the relay checked...hoping that all those maintenance would do it.......
after all that, the car ran ok.....probably coz it was already late at night...the next day when i got off work, i had a feeling it would happen again...left work around 3 and was probably around 90degrees out....car ran fine till i try to rev it up a bit....and then again next stop light as soon as i stopped the car died again....engine kept on sputterin and all of a sudden jst died....
when i had the turbo i replaced the map sensor, and i still have it in the car....i can find my stock one anymore..! does this have anything to do with my problems....and can someone pls tell me how much does it take to get that main realy checked....and do i bring that to the dealer to get done or somewhere else.....pls help me some more...sorry about my post i know its pretty long....thanks again....

Hey i called up a local honda dealership where i live and the Main Relay will cost about $50 and some cents as for how much it would cost to rplace it im unsure off? But come on its a relay so i would'nt pay some one to swap it out. The only problem im having is locating the damn thing. Theres so many relays its not even funny and its not hold up any lights for me to locate it. But im sure your local dealership would be willing to show you or some local shop. Every time i mention the Main relay to someone thou they get the deer in the head lights look lol. I did all the **** you just did to your car and much more so if this relay does not work then **** i don't know maybe i'll kick my car a few times and maybe it'll get the idea.
LOL maybe next time i should read through my thread before i post it huh. Just as long as no one post a grammer for dummies book its all good lol.
