Question on Intake and Exhaust Valve springs

I am installing type R cams into my GSR. Which valvespring do I need to purchase the intake or exhasut?.....and which ones can I move over.

You need to get the ITR intake's and you can move your old gsr intake valvesrpings over to the exhuast side.
