Default what should fpr be set at?

I have i/h/e/c/im/fpr. I was wondering what the fuel pressure regulator should be set at for this setup. I think its at about 30 right now. Is that right or should i adjust it?

Forgot to mention what kind of motor you have.
Dyno tuning would determine the best setting for you. 30 seems very low.
