Default Oil pressure when hot

Hi! I'm a newbie, but I'm reading the honda-tech regulary.
OK, the question. I'm searching for oil pressure numbers at idle rpm for B16 engine series, when oil is at normal temp. and when the oil is hot (few miles of hi-rev driving).
Why? When the oil is really hot the oil pressure falls. And when you stop at red light with high temp. of oil, the pressure is very low - bad lubrication of engine (usually I rev the engine to about 2.000 RPM to raise the pressure). I would like to take some precautions and extend engine's life.
EDIT: Ohh, and please correct me if I'm wrong

Thanks!

When your idling your car and the oil is circulating its cooling down the the oil and the temp. If your reving the motor to keep the oil going is bad for the engine and the oil. When your at idle let it idle. When your idling your car shouldnt have more then 15psi of pressure. If your under that then your running low on oil.

My avg. is 18-20psi at idle and 60psi on drive then around 70 - 80psi on WOT.

OK, got it.
I thought lower rpm means slower oil and water circulating. Also at lower rpms oil pump is pushing the oil slower - low pressure.
