High flow catalytic converter

Would one of these pass CA emissions? If so what else would I need to get it installed? an o2 sensor or what?

yes it would. And it looks like everything you need is on that except some flanges.

thats hella cheap.... damn, maybe i should get one and get rid of this test pipe
