Default Rocker arm wear from cams?

I was thinking about this for a while and I didn't really know the answer so maybe you guys could help me.

If I bought stage 2 cams for my K20a2 would they wear out my rocker arms extremely fast? Like lets say 20,000 miles?

If it does wear them out is there any aftermarket rocker arms for the K20a2?

Thanks murad.
