OK, nobody make fun of me please... My son wrecked his Civic and I want to buy a new rear bumper cover and put it on. Buying it is not the problem, but I could use a little advice on putting it on. Anyone got a link to that sort of thing, or some pointers?

I will assume you have it off already...but if not removal will simply be these steps in reverse order
Installation:

Tools needed:
1 stubby phillips screwdriver
1 regular phillips screwdriver
1 extra set of hands can help too

1) secure the styrofoam bumper against the metal bumper by pressing it on
2) lift the bumper cover up to the body and align into place
3) insert the five screws at the top of the bumper cover using the stubby phillips screwdriver
4) install the clip at the quarterpanel (by the rear wheel) and insert the screw using the regular phillips screwdriver (do this for each side, one clip and screw per side)
5) insert the two bottom screws to completely secure the bumper
6) check for proper alignment...adjust accordinly
YOU'RE DONE!
