Question on upper control arm...same part (pic) as 88-91 Civic?

Default Question on upper control arm...same part (pic) as 88-91 Civic?
Is the piece circled in red the same as the 88-91 Civic piece? I bought some Omni adjustable upper control arms, but they don't include the circled part. I have some old UCA's off my old civic and they look the same. Can anyone confirm if they're interchangeable?
