Hi! Im new on this forum. I live in Norway and im planing to buy a VIS m-flared kit to my 90 mod civic. I`m just completly in love with that kit! To get this kit to norway would cost me total 1550$ So its kinda impotant that i dont get a pile og crap!

Ive been checking a bit, and i`ve heard a lot of bad things about VIS so im wondering if anyone in here have any expirience with VIS. What did you have to do to get it fit?

im from L.A. and yes ive had alot of experience with vis...there kits were good like 3 years ago...now the only thing good about vis are there carbon fiber pieces....now about that kit ...is that a MUGEN wide body kit for 1st or 2nd gen crx...if its 1st gen, i wouldnt waste my money trying to modify it to my 90 civic, and if its 2nd gen, your good to go with the front end peices and maybe the doors but the side skirts and quarter rears and the whole rear end hell no...you would just be wasting your money just to cut it all up, assuming its a MUGEN copy... now if its the infamous GROUND DESIGNS widebody that looks like a mustang midget, i personally woulndnt buy it...if thats the one you're looking at, that is not even close to the MUGEN widebody kit , and they only made that for a 2nd gen crx....so there you have it,...either way your going to have to cut up alot of peices

 

k... Its a kit made for my civic and its just the front and rear bumper andt the side skirts. I think im going to take my chanses, its the only kit i like to my civic..the winter is coming soon anyway. So i could modify during the winter. I dont know where its bought from, im buing it from a "firm" im norway..

Dude, that price is insane... get the wings west urethane kit for $700, and that comes with door caps.

 

I know it sounds insane, but the shipping(500$) the taxes are included too.. guess the dude in norway is taking his profits too...
