So you know your seats are real b/c you compared them to your friends replicas and they have the same structure? That makes no sense. I'm not hating I think the car looks great regardless and could care less if they are "real" Recaros or not, as long as they do what they're supposed to .

Real or fake recaro seats.. its your choice.

But I just want to make it clear before a whole bunch of ppl get f*cked over for buying a set of fake "Recaro Millennium" seats.

Recaro Millennium seats come in two colours. Red, and Black. The REAL ones have grippy rubber-like fabric around the shoulder and leg areas (same sort of fabric that is found on Recaro SPG bucket seats around the shoulders). Also should have the usual triangular reclining adjustment thingy with Recaro stamped in the middle, as well as Recaro imprints on the plastic on the sides of the seat.

well my apologies....i guess i got fake seats......w/e i got them for 200 bucks////and they have great support.......

 

Did some research to prove my point..

Here's a website in Japan that sells stuff direct from Recaro - including SR-Millenniums (which is their real name)

Compare the pics of my seats with the pics here.. I think you'll understand. Colours are supposed to be like that too.. Black SR-Milleniums have white "Recaro" stitching, where as the Red ones have black "Recaro" stitching.

 

its cool......i checked out the site.....oh well.....still doesnt bother me.....thanks for the insight i guess......anyhow.....im thinking about replacing my driver seat with a pole position for the track......and use the seats i have now to beat up on.

Good choice on the SPG Pole Position - I used to have one in my teg, very comfortable daily-driver bucket seat

 

thanks......hopefully i fit into the seats.....i tired brides non reclinable and it seemed like it was made for girls.....
