what are the best shop in NOR CAL?
im moving there by the end of the month to SAC town. and just want to know what shops out there would you guys reccomend.
im planning to do a swap into my 93' civic dx hatch.
not sure yet on what motor im planning to go with.
its between a GSR, B20vtec or LSvtec.
my goal is 13 sec All motor.
any info or websites of shop would help .
