I found a rear quarter panel to replace my rusted and banged up rear quarter on my hatch. Almost everyone I've spoke to said to just pull one from another civic and have it welded on. I found a hatch at the junk yard but I don't have any tools to cut the panel. What would you recomend to use to cut a rear quarter panel off??
