Default New fuel pump and stainless steel lines

hey I did a search and could not find anything for prelude specific --
I am wanting to add NOS to my prelude Nx kit and am getting a Walbro 255 fuel pump installed ---- I am wondering if it is a good idea to replace the factory fuel pipes with stainless sending and return lines since I will be more pressure on the fatory lines can they handle it or is a good lidea to fab some lines thanks ----stainless steel can hold pressures as high as 90+ psi the factory flows like 20-30 psi I think

theres no need to bump the pressure any higher than stock when spraying, so you really wont need anything better than stock. Plus I doubt you can burst a stock line with any amount of pressure you throw at it

The reason you would upgrade the feed line is if your going to need ALOT of fuel flow then the diameter of the stock pipe would be too small and restrictive.

well I am getting a walbro 255 installed in order to handle a 75 shot of NX.... I broke my fuel line when I removed the fuel filter do not think it was ever off the car so I do not know what I should do either replace the whole line with a stainless fuel line or cut the pipe then make a stainless extention to the filter I could not believe how tight that freakin fuel feed line nut was it took a 2 ft lock wrench and 7/9 inch breaker bar to remove it and the fuel that came out of it was BLACK.... will the extension method flow enough fuel to maitain the fuel line pressure?

i dunno, "making" parts for the fuel line sounds risky, not to mention a little sketch. Since it's broken, yeah, why not replace the length of it. And I agree with Eddie, with a 75 shot I don't think you need to up pressure.

cheapest method to fix that is probably to just get one of those smaller aftermarket ones, and you can fab up some braided lines and mount it anywhere,

yeah i am thinking of going that route since there is only like three to four clips that hold the metal fuel line in place I can buy stainless braided russell lines for like three to four bucks a foot then put an easy to take on and off inline fuel filter in place where the old one was and some stainless clamp fuel pickup lines for the engine ---- I am wondering as well if I use a walbro 255 fuel pump will this hurt my gas milegae I know that it will make the car run richer but can you lean a lot of the fuel with the vafc 2 and a wideband dyno ---

WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?!?

you want to add NOS to your prelude NX kit?!?

you dont need a high flow fuel pump for a nitrous kit
just run 1 step colder plugs and retard the timing 3-4 degrees for a 75 shot

i meant I would like to add a nos kit to my prelude a nx kit that is nitrous oxide....
but if I can not find somebody to fab me some fuel lines that will fit that japan crazy *** metric stuff then I would like about three sticks of dynamite so that way I could add a little TNT to it and Blow her sky high.///////
