dual valve springs
It all depends on what cams you are running and or what cams you plan on running. If you have stock cams , changing the springs to stiffer ones will only hurt your performance(unless your going to rev to 9k and then you will need them). Give alittle info on your set up.
the thing is i wanna put type r cams in or something but i only have single valve springs its a first gen b16 head i dont want my valves to start floating at 8k.
It can hurt performance by causing more drag(friction). Afen, If you are going to be satisfied with just r cams and not upgrade for awhile then just get r springs, but if your going to want to rev above the r revlimt and keep the friction down (compaired to a race spring)then do a itr outer with portflow inner set up, that set up works well. And do titanium retainers while your at it. The itr portflow setup will work with toda a and b spec cams also if you want to upgrade. (you should just buy the head I want to sell you cause it comes with all this stuff)
B16 head, 3angle v-job, type r intake valves, rev dual intake and exhaust valve springs(set up for r or skunk cams) a set of titanium retainers, integra type r intake manifold, rc 64mm t-body, str fuel rail, str cam seal, arp head studs and I gave you the option of having it ported if you gave me your stock head.
