Default trying to make 200 whp and rev to 9000 rpm

I have a GSR bottom end Spoon sports (thin )head gasket with JE 12.5:1 comp. ratio and arp studs. The top end is a B16 head with Skunk2 cams(stg2), intake, retainers, valves(High comp.), valve springs, camgears.I have a walbro fuel pump with Adjustable fuel reg. and rail. i'm running a hondatas200 and msd ignition. My head is getting a complete rebuild and polish and port. Wondering if this set up will make about 200 whp?Or what should I change toreach this? Also wandering abou individual throttle body intake are they any good?

The peak numbers are great for bragging rights, but if you're competitive with your car, or you just like beating the hell out of it on the weekends like myself, you might want to shoot for as much usable power as possible IMO.
But I do think you could hit 200@ the wheels with that set up, based on the tuner you choose of course.
