A supercharger and a turbo? Never heard of it. I can't believe that would work. But a twin turbo GSR. Now that sounds tight.

if u had the hks supercharger that meguiars has on its ITR, it would prolly be pretty fast with that supercharger and turbo,
heres my setup of supercharger/turbo:

theoretically yes - but plumbing it all together would be difficult. you could have sequential turbos (they would have to be reaaaaaly small though) and a supercharger on an inline 4.

back in the day I remember seeing a Countach with twin turbos and twin superchargers.

Two turbos on an inline motor is not a cost-conscious choice.

Let alone twincharging (s/c + turbo) the engine.

I only know of the Meguires ITR. Supercharged and Turbo. I think it was all HKS. HKS has no plans of making this setup for sale.

When the Meguires ITR was here in Tampa at RacingZone, employees from RacingZone were saying the set up was not to effective. Besides 1 Turbo can make crazy power for an ITR.

Turbo and a Supercharger...possible...has been done on the meguiar Integra...takes lots of engineering and money
As for Twin turbo on a GSR engine...thats a 4-banger....i wont put out enough exhaust! And a Supercharger to go with it...this guy is either lying or he's very rich and a great mechanic and Rich like crazy and/or great at fabricating
Piping it all together is gonna be difficult enough! Twin Turbo on 6 cylinders and up...worthwhile...on a 4-banger...waste of time and money

This is kind of an overgeneralization. You can run 72 turbos if you have the $$$. They would just either have to be very small or _very_ laggy... if they'd even spool.

It's not # of cylinders that dictates things -- it's exhaust flow and turbo sizing.

In most cases the cost-effective method is a single turbo. Exceptions could include flat or v engines.

Maybe on a diff car...but you cant have a Turbo and a SC together on an ITR because the only SC's available for the ITR will blow up under the extra strain from the Turbo

secondly, since when can you even twin turbo a GSR? diff engine?

Not a Honda...but we have a Opel Manta, with an old Volvo 4 cyl engine with Turbo and Supercharger in sweden 578Hp. It's a daily driver and runs 10,520s @ 217,15km/h!
