Default type r head on gsr block

i have a couple questions about putting a 00 type r head on a 95 gsr block.
in terms of wiring, what needs to to done to convert the head to OBD1? distributer-wise, injector-wise, etc. the wiring harness is obd1 gsr. i know 96-98 would just plug in, but not sure what i woud have to convert for the 00.

TIA

Just reuse everything.
Distributor, sensors, injectors, everything but the IACV will just bolt on.
You will have to extend the wires for the IAT sensor but thats about the hardest
part.

You do know that you will need an ITR intake manifold right?

Your compression will be awfully low, too.
9.6-9.7:1 or so.. you could get away with 87 octane on that. LOL.

Putting the B18C5 (ITR) head onto a B18C1 block is a completely bolt-on process.
The parts required for the swap are as follows:

P73 (ITR) cylinder head
complete P73 valvetrain
ITR intake manifold
IAC from a 92-95 Civic Si/Ex, 96+ Civic HX/EX, 94+ Integra LS or the ITR
New head gasket
The following can be reused from the B18C1
distributor
fuel rail
injectors
throttle body
all sensors except the IAC/EACV
A HELMS service manual will be very handy and I strongly recommend anyone who works this much with a car to own one.
You can get some help from hybrid.honda-perf.org The title of the page is
ITR head swap onto a B18c1
