Wierd Story:

About a a little more than a year ago i bought something on ebay i think it was a playstation game and i won it for 30.00 bux anyway the guy never sent it and i emailed him and hassled him and asked for a refund but no show i was pissed but didnt know what to do so i let it slide i took it up the rear thats rite. well yesterday i got a refund from him but well i guess he cant type but instead of 30.00 bux he refunded me...

300.00 "yay"

well he then emailed me to say he made a mistake and could i send him the overage back... now... what should i do. you guys decide

granted he screwed you in the begining. . .but $30 compared to $300 is a big diff. . .plus it's the holiday season. . .this is what my grandma always tells me. . .do what you want but let your concious be your guide. This is what I say. . .what comes around goes around. He fucked you...you **** him....someone else will **** you.

 

give him back $240. He took a year, make him pay you back in double the amount he owes you...i think that's plenty fair and im sure he'd be happy just to see you give him back that much because of his SECOND mistake.

I would send him back his $270 - fees and interest.

 

Yeah I don't think I would give it to him until the time that he made you wait.

 

Build him a little Excel spreadsheet that demonstrates the time value of money. Tell him that you could have been earning a conservative 3% interest on that $30 for a year making it worth $42.75 + the cost of you having to write a check + envelope + stamp = $255 you send back to him.

give the $270 back, you never know why it took him so long....at least he gave it back...sorta.....i mean what if he went through alotta ****?.....u never know...besides if u did use the money to get somthing for u'r ride, somthing might go wrong....that's one rule of thumb i go by...i never use stolen parts, or dirty money on my car....my car deserves better....i work for mah car, not steal....

 

life is cruel, who cares about bad carma? Translation: keep the cash. You know he wouldn't do the same to you. Go get yourself a new mod for you car then send him a pic of it on you car.

Gotta love Paypal.com !!!!! Anyway, I say keep a 2% interest, and double the $30 he owes j0u. And make him wait like 6 months and keep giving him excuses about why he hasnt gotten it yet. So send back like $225 in 6 months.

Just send it back. Even though he was an *** to you, just let it go. He very well could need that $300 for his kid's Christmas or something.

 

Do the same thing he did to you. If he never responded to you, then don't respond to him. If he gave you lame excuses, then give him lame excuses.
Did he ever tell you why he paid you back and what happened regarding the playstation? I would pay him back, but I wouldn't give him $270. Make him pay for making you worry and wait and send him back like $200 for making you wait so long. But make sure you make him wait as long as you did.
Maybe you should send him back his cash in pennies and take out the money for shipping from the cash you're sending back to him

he sent me an email what retard lol he wasnt actually sending me a refund he was using paypal to pay for something else and you know how paypal saves the email address's you send recieve payments from well i guess my email is much like the one he was paying and he sent it to me instead he said he would be generous and let me keep my 30.00 tho...... oh well thank you ever so much yeah right

 

aight...so the guy is a complete dumbass....be nice mahn it's the holidays....honestly....could u live w/ using that money for mods in u'r car?....that'll come around and *** up u'r car....u never know mahn....it might sound just, to keep the fools money but hey......be nice mahn......
