depends on hp goals, setup, money, street vs drag car, and beside most of us can argue for days about what turbo is best but its a case by case scenario. ur best bet is to do a search because this this topic has been beaten to death...

look 2 threads above this one

ill post the same thing I posted in there:

T4 Dominator lol
actually it really does depend on your hp goals and where you want that puppy to spool but the first being the major factor

a popular turbo for a h22 that can support up to 450hp is a t3/to4e 57 trim .63 A/R Housing w/ StageIII wheel

dual ball bearing ceramic blade water and oil cooled turbo, now realisticly the t3/t4 is a good turbo for most imports because of its versatility and low weight for quick spool time, however there is no single best turbo for all applications like honda13 said, you need to find what rpm your going to take the engine to, and what its use is, street or drag. Figure out about how much boost you want to run and then go start downloading compressor maps and then find the turbo that will fit your needs best where you want your peak efficiency to be in your powerband. like mugenpower said the 57 trim .63 A/R comp side is a pretty good setup for a street h22 where you have peak efficiency in the low 5k rpms(varying some depending on the hot side you choose) if your looking for a little more power then you always change the wheel about with a 60 or a super 60.
