depends on hp goals, setup, money, street vs drag car, and beside most of us can argue for days about what turbo is best but its a case by case scenario. ur best bet is to do a search because this this topic has been beaten to death

actually it really does depend on your hp goals and where you want that puppy to spool but the first being the major factor
a popular turbo for a h22 that can support up to 450hp is a t3/to4e 57 trim .63 A/R Housing w/ StageIII wheel
