Will stock 04 stereo fit a 98 ex?

Just like the topic says. i have stock 98 stereo but my 6 disc was stolen, and i can get a free 04 stereo with indash cd.

if i rememer right, the '04 has a regular DIN size cd player (don't quote me on that) meaning you could get a cd player install kit for an aftermarket cd player and put it in just like an aftermarket one.

on the '04 models the right side of the radio has a contour to it that might prevent it from fitting into the dash of a '98.
