Default BodykitsNW Customer service Sucks!!!!!

Well i would have to say that the customer service i just recieved from Andy at bodykits NW was terrible. I ordered my duckbill eg Wing on Tues Sept 7th he said he was out and mine would be made on friday ok no problem. On Friday i sent 2 emails and one PM on Honda-tech to Andy to see if Andy had located one that was local that he could drop ship to me like he said he was goin to do. No reply from him so Later on Monday i saw that he was online (AIM) he said he had no recieved any of my emails cause his laptop had crashed. But for some reason he knew i was leaving to Maui on the 20th and wanted the duckbill before then so it was not sitting on my porch. The only place i had mentioned that i was leaving on the 20th was in the emails HMMMMMMMMM how did he know that if he had not recieved my emails??? Anyway he told me that he did not have any information in front of him that he would call me on Tuesday when he got into work and could find out what was goin on with the order. I called on tuesday later afternoon cause he did not call i got a message that said he was out to lunch so i left a message. After not recieving a call on Wednesday i called again and left a message after the machine said he was out to lunch again. Later that night i get home and he sent me a message on Aim saying that he was busy moving sorry that i thought he was ignoring me.WTF Arent customers more important then moving since they are the ones that supply the doe for you to move? Anyway in closing i will have to say the quality is nice of the duckbill that i recieved today but i would give Andy and the Customer service of his a BIG Ill never do business with him again and will tell all my friends!!!!

Sorry for the long thread

I don't see how his service is horrible..as he stated it would ready on friday 09/10 and you recieved it when? today? to me that's pretty good service since he was out of stock..but as we all different ideas of what Good service is and what isnt..but I guess for you a shop should drop everything it's doing to help one customer regardless if they have possiblly hundreds of other orders pending prior to you..I've never ordered from the guy and probably never will but that's pretty good service I'd have to say

Understandingly, he should of responded to you to at least say he got them.

Realistically, in the business world its very hard to respond back, especially when you dont have anything to respond to, ie no change in status for the bill.

Sounds to me like you got it very quickly for something that was out of stock.

so you bought a hood off somebody else and expect him to have good customer service for you? you need to learn how to make money, no warranty on 2nd hand goods?

Read closely lazzyass. I paid andy w/ my credit card. Why did you erase your earlier post? Your earlier 7-11 post was ridiculous. I guess in your mind, if another member gets a defective hood, Andy is not responsible. I don't want a refund, all I wanted was for him to look at the pics and acknowledge that something went wrong so that he could fix the problem so that it wouldn't happen again to another member. That's all, but he didn't seem to care. He also posts that these hoods come w/ UV protection. This one obviously did not.

I was always under the impression that you need to clear coat any CF parts you buy at the sprayshop afterwards to prevent the fading you just mentioned..

For that reason my CF duckbill + mirrors (Newman *thumbs up*, 7 days USA -> Holland, europe) had a extra coating at the sprayshop done.

That a retarded statement. what does making money have to do with andy looking at pictured of a faded hood???
