Last night my friends 92 VX HB was stolen right from in front of his house in York,PA. The car is Grey (BMW 745i Silver) with 15" steelies, Spoon carbon fiber wing and Spoon front lip painted to match. The car has a B18C1 swap, H&R Coilover, JDM ITR header, I/E, clutch, flywheel, and a GSR guage cluster. He had this car for over 5 years and did not have full coverage so hes pretty much lost everything as of now. Not sure if anyone is in the York/Adams/Lancaster area on here but if so beware of this car. Im not an optimist so it doesnt look good but at this point I just want these people caught. I expect the car if its not found soon will be destroyed and stripped for parts because thats where the main value is in it. Theives Suck, just thought id let people in the area know, thanks.

Well theres actually good news. I just talked to my friend and hes in Reading (hour, maybe a little more away). The car is in an impound yard and the only damage so far is they stole the V-AFC, faceplate off the headunit, and stole his ashtray with a few dollars in change. Also, he said the ignition is all messed up but at least he is getting it back. He hasnt tried to start it yet so hes not sure if it will even run w/o the V-AFC hooked up. I think they may have caught the people that stole it but Im not sure yet he had to get off the phone to talk to the police. Ill keep updating, thanks for the support anyways.

 

well, thats good. atleast they didnt totally destroy the body of the car, and steal the engine, tranny and all the other stuff....
