Default non powersteering question

just wondering if it's normal for a non powersteering to "float" on the highway...say when i hit 130-140KMH my seering wheel kinda floats..is verry easy to turn and VERRY responsive it moves side to side on it's own and even when i hit a bump on my driver or passenger side...my steering wheel will turn in the direction of the hole...kinda scared to loose control if i'd try to avoid something onthe highway or hit a bump at 130-140

could this be an alignment case?

someon help plz...

hmm what are your going to be doing to it, after u lower the car u will need to take it to get re aligned. or however u spell it. so then u will get that taken care of.

The faster you go the easier it is to steer a car. Depending on how hard it turns after you hit a bump, it could just be normal or some other problem I have no clue about. Even in cars with powersteering it gets easier to steer the faster the car is traveling. Hope this helps.

i think maybe i would have to drive the car to know what u are talking about exactly. You have any buds that can help you and mechanic friends? take your car out for a test drive .
