Where would you start on a stock h23a to get better performance?
Header, intake, cat, and exhaust. That's pretty much all I would do for engine performance. But that's just me.
I am officially done modding my Prelude. I swapped in an H22, OEM header, carsound cat, Thermal exhaust, and an intake for the engine mods.
I MIGHT do an header later down the road. Not sure yet. I haven't seen enough dynos to convince me to spend the money on it.

make sure to get a perforated core- type muffler.
also i would suggest to get a cheap style cold air intake from ebay and then replace the filter w/ a k&n brand
