so you plug it into the LM1 and it helps data log RPMs, correct? On the website it says "no inductive clamp included"
so do you just hook into the tach signal wire?

The aux input cable allows you to connect up to 5 analog inputs for data logging to the LM-1. You can use it with an inductive clamp or with a pulsed RPM signal from the ignition system. You can read manual for it here...
