My buddy just gave me a no name 4-2-1 header with downpipe from his 96 Del Sol SI. I looked under my car (94 Lx sedan) the gastkets are exectly the same so the header will work, only prob is the downpipe. The current downpipe has a kink to the right (if looking at it from the front) but the no name downpipe is straight. I jsut wanna know is it I can pull the exhuast over or am i just wasting my time trying to get this to work?

You can pull the exhaust over. I would however, consider waiting to have money to visit a muffler shop (100 bux) if the fit is too far off and you get rattling.
