Instead of buying a harness adapter:

I am trying to save my customer money by teaching him to just add the wires to the DX harness in his 90 Civic.

Does anyone have a DIAGRAM of the pinouts from the DX harness to the PW0 harness.

He bought his engine from me and has the complete engine harness complete with the fuel injector resistor box, and stubbs of wire for the IN side of his PW0.

This is a topic that is not covered on Hybrid-garage or any other site I have researched, but I could have overlooked it somewhere...There is a DX to ZC conversion but not a DX to JDM B16A conversion...

Any help would be appreciated if you have a DIAGRAM (prefered) or I guess it would be ok to list the process.

first, you need to do the DPFI to MPFI wiring changes using the DX harness, just like DX to ZC - except change nothing at the distributor - then add wires for the VTEC

 

You will have to convert the dist. plug to the b16 one, the dx wiring is different so that will need to be converted. 2 wired will need to be added.
The dx harness needs to also be converted from dual point to multi point injection.
2nd o2, vyec solenoid and vtec oil pressure needs to be added as well.
