I had it, ride seemed rough to me, but i'm a little baby, haha...spring rates were only 6kg/mm in the front and 4kg/mm in the rear which i was told was very light compared to alot of coilover systems...That was for the Sustec SS Pro

I have the ones w/ the helper springs. They are great for the streets. But my car is spending more time on the track than on the streets and for that they are a bit lacking. I'm thinking of going hardcore track suspension because of this.

But for the streets, they are wonderful. They can be set cadillac soft or a bit firmer than stock. The big difference was when I got the car corner weighted. Made the car handle a *lot* better. And the height of the car is now just right.

Yup he had them and they are mine now

I love them for the street. The 6/4 setup is soft compared to other coilover setups but I had Skunk2 coilovers before with the 500/400 and then 400/300 setup.

Much better ride now

I have the Sustec pros on my R and I love them. The handling was greatly improved from stock.
