Default do you need a bigger fuel pump with zex?

i plan on spraying a 55 shot of zex on my jdm gsr motor and i was wondering if i can still use the stock fuel pump or will i need a bigger one? i have a walbro 255lph fuel pump already from when i was turbocharged, i'm just wondering if i need to use it or will the stock fuel pump in my eg hatch be okay?

I would upgrade the fuel pump with any dry nitrous kit. It relies on fuel pressure for additional fueling that the stock pump usually can't handle. You might be fine with just a 55 shot, but it wouldn't hurt to put one in there.

if i don't really need it, i won't use it.

a lot of other people said that i don't need it as long as the
zex kit is hooked up correctly.

i'm only spraying a small shot and don't do it very often.

they were right... you dont need it... stock is ok for a 55.

imo 100 shot or more is when I would put the pump in.

I was running stock on the 65 shot with no problems.

I'd say 75 shot or higher to be on the safe side.

i think having the fuel pump on has made my car run very rich. thats why i'm wondering if i really need it.

my car hesitates now when i hit the mid range of the rpm band. fuel pressure is at 44psi.

A fuel pump shouldn't make your car run rich if your fuel pressure is right.
