Requesting a New Key
If i rememeber right when my parents went to go get a new key for their 6th gen it cost $100. I don't know about the keyless entry thing, you may be able to find a replacement at Circuit City.
key: $60-80, depending on the dealership
remote: buy one off ebay and have the dealership reprogram it for you. probably a total of $20. otherwise i think it's around $40-50.

The keyless remotes you can actually reprogram yourself... it isnt that hard to do but I just cant remember the sequence you needed to follow. It doesnt require any equipment or anything, just the remotes, your ignition key, and a specific sequence of button pressing.
Maybe someone that works in a honda dealership could tell you, or someone on here knows how.

If you want a key just to open the glovebox and the trunk, but won't start the car then take it to Lowe's or Walmart or somewhere like that and have them cut you a key. It will not start the car but it will unlock everything.

It costs nothing to request either of the keys. The non-security blank is a few bucks and they will cut it at the parts counter. You can get one even cheaper at any hardware store. The remote FOBS are expensive at the dealer, try searching aftermarket sales sites on the web or e-bay. All you need is the correct part number and you can typically get one for a reasonable price. Programming it should be outlined in your owners manual.
