Default Integra draging a Prelude

Lookin around I saw a post in the prelude section about a Prelude Vti-R up against an Integra Vti-R.

I'm interested in knowing what you guys think, because I can't find the post any more.

Prelude SPECS:

Automatic (SS)
90000
'98 Vti-R
Factory Body Kit

Integra SPECS:

Manual
90000
'96 Vti-R

I think the question was which one should win in a straight drag??

There was also an inquiry into the weight differences between the two cars, considering that I own a prelude I am very interested in knowing this aswell.

I would appreciate any response on the subject.

Default Re: Integra draging a Prelude (HorrorDog)

I am not sure about those two it really depends on the driver.
I just got an 97 gsr and i have a friend that has a 97 lude naturally we had to race.
I am bone stock not even a k&n yet.
He has greddy exhaust and a cold air intake. So he had a good 30 or more horsepower then i did, gsr stock 170 lude stock 195. I kicked his *** 3 times in a row off the start. When we got to the interstate above 100 his car was faster and pulled a over a car by the time we got to 120. so it really depends on the driver put a good driver in the lude and i would loose off the start as well.
