Default Trip to the dyno....

Thanks guys, heres the dyno sheet, got rid of the nice dip in the mid-range, cleared up all the detonation problems but the peak # was the same 197. I lost a little down low but that was too be expected with the switch to a larger header collecter and bigger piping. Look at 5500 RPM, i got a 21 ft/lb torque increase! The tuner informed me that he thinks my throttle body is holding me back (stock integra LS) as well as my muffler (2.5" piping to muffler with 1.5" core).
The things that changed since the last dyno were: AEM cold air intake, DC JDM 4-1 header, 2.5" piping and Hondata s200. Thanks for looking....

and in case i havent mentioned my setup a million times, heres a hint

Stock throttle bodies are the first I ditch in any of my builds. Should see a 10+ whp change with a billet throttle

i dont have a printout in front of me regarding the AFR. All i remember from watching shawn tune the engine was it looked normal all across the board to my un-trained eye.

hes one of those Dave Hickman nut swingers....every mod you do to your car is worth AT LEAST 10whp according to them.

I've never seen a throttle body make a 10whp gain. Not on NA motor, forced induction yes. Its probably possible though if you have a 15.1.1 compression monster under the hood, but with a build like this very uncommon. Usually a throttle body only increase throttle response. Which is why I would rather 3-4 bills on something else. You made damn good numbers though. dynopack

i wont spend 3 to 4 bills on it. And when its choking your motor, there could be a significant power increase,.

although your tuned, you could benefit from an ITR TB. just get it used for like 2 bills.

just depends how desperate your are for a possible better ET if thats what your looking for. my 2 cents

This is true, dyna packs read about 10hp higher give or take. They are VERY accurate from run to run though. Regardless im still very happy with the power increase and the throttle response ive gained from this tuning session. to church automotive!

dude, just send your stock TB out to overbore 4mm. Only cost $100.

Also, buy my magnaflow 2.5 in/out muffler (brand new) and you'll make 10hp indeed

Thats what i was gonna do with the tb.

As far as the muffler i have a 2.5 in/out already, the core size is what im concerned with.
