what axels do i need i hear 90-93 and then 86-89 i have a 89 STD civc with 90 b18a?

The right axle is ALWAYS 90 integra. The left axle depends on the intermediate shaft. If its the 90 integra int shaft, then use the 90 axle on the left too. If you have an SIR intermediate shaft, which commonly come with B16a swaps then you need the 86-89 axle for the drivers side. Since your running a B18a, then you most likely dont have that so just go all 90 integra.
