My crx has been in the paint shop for about 3 weeks now. I miss it soooooo
much, and it doesn't help when I'm on here looking at some bad *** rides
like that 87 hatch that runs 13's. It's getting painted a dark, dark grey, like
gunmetal and I've got a set of 15 in. bronze rota C8's waiting for it. Plus,
I bought some sprint springs, the 2.5 front/2.25 back so I'm dying to throw
it all on. She's gonna look so good when I get her back. Plus, I'm driving a
88 sentra right now and I"m really starting to miss the power of my b16.
Sorry for rambling but I'm lonely with out my car. How about some cheering
me up fellas.

 

Well i was without my car for a little over 6months. I put the zc in about two weeks ago and its bogging for some reason so i still cant drive it. So i know how you feel bro

 

right on civicboyzc. we have something in common....hehehehehe...i havent been riding my car to the max for about 6 months. i've only driven it a few blocks after swapping a SOHC vtec. i'm still eliminating that damn bogging! after that gets eliminated i'll fully acclerate it to the max for once.

hey i know exactly how you guys feel.....after i got the swap the car didnt run right for almost 7months....i just got it fixed 3 weeks ago......damn bogging

 

Well damn we all three did swaps and all three got bogging. Maybe we are just stupid j/k

yeah my car has had some issues in the middle of it's swap. now it is sitting at my friends house 2 hours away why I am finishing school for the semester. It is going to start next week yes it is it is it is......well I have been without it for about 1 month and 1 week. I have been driving my girlfriend's 1.5 crx occasionally, so it has not been that bad without it. Seeing that it is the same as my old engine. But when I start it up it will be B16 power and never looking back .

 

my car was out for 6months while we were doing the body work to it slowly and now its in the paint shop also its been there for atleast 2 weeks now so dont feel bad.

 

Hey man don't feel too bad...I haven't had my car for about 2 months. My ZC blew a head gasket and now that I have the money I am selling the ZC and buying a b16. So overall it will probably be about christmas time when it is running again. I can look at it sitting in my garage everyday but I can't drive it. Let's just say I know how you feel.

well the bogging was caused by messed up knock sensor wiring and the hf has a reverse light wire that gos to pin b11(check light when i put it in reverse)...your supposed to take it out for the b16.....damn the guy that did my swap...but its all good now
