JDM front lights positioning question

Ive searched and read a lot i still dont have my answer.

Is it possible to adjust the jdm lights so they are angled like the usdm front lights?

Not really ... they're made for use by people that drive on the "other" side of the road!

so is it possible to adjust the lights so they dont dip down on the wrong side?
