How to setup my ECU for turbo? (I'm a newbie)
I'm starting to turbo my F22B2 97 Accord with T3 on 8-10psi boost. Got SAFC and FMU. I was giving 3 options: chip ECU, AFC hack, FMU, in that order for preference/performance.
I would like some info on how to do the chip on the ECU and what stuff I have to buy. Going to search for the AFC hack.
Thanks in advance.

for a 97, i dont think anyone would be chipping your stock ECU.
most likely you would have to get an OBD1 ECU and have it chipped...run a conversion wire harness from your stock wiring to the OBD1 ECU
then you can use, Uberdata / Chrome / Hondata
I'm not one who would ever recommend the hack or the FMU route. Good luck if you decide to go that way

You can get full standalone, or a chiped ecu to run hondata, uberdata, or crome. But all require converting to obd1, so you need to buy a $75 conversion harness, a $100 ecu, and then get it socketed or buy the parts to socket it. I socket ecu's for $75 and sell chipping kits if you want to do it yourself for $10
