Default What size (large or small) kind (brand oil filter) and why???

There's seem to two trains of thought here when it comes down to the size oil filters being used by members here on HT for our Tegs.

Some swear by the big old Honda type oil filters, like the big Hamp and the S2Ks are best for our Tegs. The (#15400-PCX-004) comes to mind.

Other swear that the small type oil filters, like the new Honda type made by Filtech and small Hamp oil filter are best for our Tegs. The (#15400-PLM-A01) comes to mind here.

I've also gotton a lot of nagative comments on the K&N oil filters, but not the reasons these are not a good choice for our Tegs.

Which is the best oil filter to use in our four banger Acura Integra's third generation? Weather they be GS, LS or GS-Rs? Big, small, OEM, K&N or what ever oil filter you currently use and please why do you feel it's the best choice?

Peace
TQ
