hey i think they just got a hood and the eyebrows for the lights and put them together. welded or sumthin. but doesnt look that bad if teh turn signals were done too. o well

It’s a Euro thing.
In Germany its called "Boser Blick" look. That translates to "bad boy" look.
VW guys do it all the time, both in Europe and here, but I have seen a few German Hondas with it as well. Personally it doesn’t look like any of these cars did a very good job of it. You can pick up kits on line from Germany that are pre cut and ready to weld and paint. The angels seem to be a bit off on the ones shown here.
But yeah, it’s an old German/VW look.

the blue car is custom made
but the others are OEM...
i have come across a good 5 pictures of diff cars on Europe that did came with those.. and the cars were stock....... i found it while searching a lot of europe, german, sweden hondas
