200 whp 1/4 times?
If u have a 190-220 whp n/a motor with slicks and desent driving what would u guess for a 1/4 time? Im just curious , i know this is a question people dont like hearing but im curious.
Your only other factors would be weight of the car, temperature, track temperature, barometric pressure, humidity, slick pressure, slick size, gearing, final drive ratio. Oh yea, and your torque curve.
How about it?

too many thing come to play in this situation.....tranny,temp,track elevation....
example....on a blazing hot day i cut 13.9's 14.1's
i have a 190WHP EG hatch at 2400LBS with me in it....
on cooler nights same weight im pulling 13.7's
that on street tires as well

That's plenty of horses to net 12 second timeslips. 190 whp is good enough for 12s. All you need to worry about now is suspension setup and traction wise.
In my Hatch... all I had was 169 whp, 123 ft lb torque... I was able to finish at 13.5@ 99 mph. My car weighed around 2400 lbs.
