Well I cant believe im making one of these posts. I came home tonight after moving some furniture into my new apartment and she was gone. My 1994 white civic hatchback.....STOLEN

I had only an alarm but it wasn't enough. No fuel cutoff or anything like that. I didn't see broken glass where it was parked so the dickless thieves didn't break the window. But these gen civics are not that hard to get into anyways.

I live near La Mesa, Fletcher Hills to be exact. Car is rolling on some LS wheels. Has a jdm eg coin pocket, jdm eg guage cluster, jdm eg center console and a jdm sir wing w/ long led. If you see or hear any of these parts for sale in the local area PLEASE im me or email at h22_hatch@yahoo.com

thieves usually hide a car close by in case you have lowjack or some ****.

and watch it for a few days, if the car is legit, they'll come back and take it.


i say, you hide out, wait for the ******* to come back.

Story of what happened....

After the cop that filed my missing vehicle report left i went into my apt and had a beer and a cigarette. Trying to calm down and decide what to do... I figured it was long gone to mexico by now. I started to think about what i was gonna do with my complete swap i had waiting for me, sell it or keep it....

I got on Honda Tech and decided to make a thread about it incase anyone in the local area saw some of my parts or even my car for sale. After that i took things into my own hands. Grabbed my bat, got into my truck and strated to drive in search of my baby.

About 30 minutes to an hour after searching i see a white hatch parked on a corner in the distance. I immediately grab my bat and put my high beams on. I calmly drove by the car and glanced into it. I saw that the ignition was turned on but no one was in it. I keep on driving past it and parked about 3 houses down.

Here comes the waiting game. Turned off my lights and sat in my truck watching the hatch in case the ********* who stole it were just stopping at a friends house or maybe even using it to steal another car. Two hours later nothing happened and no one had even walked by the hatch. I got in it and drove it home and locked it up. walked back for the truck and now im here at work posting about it.

Cliff Notes: Car got stolen. Decided to look for it on my own. Found the car and watched it for 2 hours in case the theives came back for it. Theives never came. Drove the car home and al is well except my nerves.

so what did the cops say? maybe you need to swap in the CX motor everytime you park it outside

If I were you..
I install a GPS alarm system on the car when you swap in the H22. Thats what I am going to do when I swap motors with my car.... Can't afford to loose it, not after what I spend on my swap. Get the GPS wired like 2fast 2furious into your ecu and try to get one to your motor somewhere if possible. Will cost money, but might as well spend that money than loose your baby again. It could also get those bastards busted and jailed.
