Default i have a civic 01 and a turbo from an eclipse 1990 & supra 1988 help!!!

i have a honda civic 2001 1.7 liter and i was given a turbo from an eclipse 1990 and a turbo from a supra 1988. and i was wondering if i can put any of those turbos into my honda civic 2001. please somebody help me and tell me if i can put the turbo into my car. e-mail me at itabarau@sbcglobal.net

PM? You mean Private Messaging? You cant do that because your still new here.

Your probably going to have to get a custom Manifold made for the turbo. Well if you have a eclipse turbo you might be able to use a Greddy Manifold for that turbo because Greddy makes the same thing (TD05's) . But for the supra one im not sure.

so if i get a manifold for the eclipse from Greddy, all i need is the intercooler and the piping ( i am new to this car thing )

Well thats first if Greddy has it. Im not sure i just threw that out there because i know greddy makes the same type of turbos.

If this is your first project and you know nothing about cars i <FONT SIZE="3">HIGHLY</FONT>recommend you research and learn and understand what will happen when you put a turbo on your car. There is alot to prepping a car for turbo.

you will want the manifold made for your motor

PLEASE DO RESEARCH before starting a turbo project because there is a lot more than just bolting on a turbo and running some piping

You need to do TONS of reading and researching before installing a turbo kit on your car. It involves a lot more than just getting a turbo, a manifold, and some intercooler piping. It's not as simple as bolting on a Cold Air Intake, if that's what you're thinking.
