I got a d16a6 motor for my crx, but the guy couldn't find the crank pulley, so i bought one off ebay, but when I went to put the pulley on the motor, i realized that it was too big. There was slop between the pulley and the crank snout. I did some searching and found out that there are 2 types of cranks in a d16a6, one with a 24mm end, and one with a 22 mm end. As of now, i'm basically screwed, because nobody on ebay knows a damn thing about this, and I can never know if they have a 22 or 24 mm crank snouted crank pulley. I'm planning on having a bushing made or something like that, that can take up the slack of the difference, BUT I would really just like a crank pulley that fits, without rigging this up. Anybody know where I can find one, or what to do?

 

Buddy, You could use the crank pulley from 86-89 Integra. No doubt on that. Unorthodox Racing makes one also,But you need to get it from 86-89 Integra. The 88-91 D15B6 also comes with 22mm crank snout and there is two variants of D15B2 one with 22mm and 24mm crank snout. Good luck. Any other question let me know.
