Fastbrakes SpecR kits
I have the kit upfront
I purchased the 98 accord v6 calipers from my local honda dealership for 330. i got a good deal
you can get these used though for about half the price. I just wanted new stuff.
I purchased the 11" rotors from fastbrakes as well as the rear kit.
but, i have not installed the rear kit yet.
When i get off freeways, i can brake late, i have to worry more about tire traction.
if you have some moderate engine mods you will definetly want bigger brakes. i feel alot more safer.
I really do like my brake set up soo far. I also bought the goodridge SS lines. and some porterfield 4RS brake pads.
if i were to do it again, i probably would just get the wilwood calipers. they are alot lighter and probably more powerful
one thing you should know, is that the calipers do have to be modified to be able to fit. i had my mechanic do it, and he said it was a bitch, and had to bring them to a machine shop to have it done properly
ower devivo on this board also has the itr front set up, and the rear upgrade as well ( owen_the_soyboy )
if you live in the bay area, i am up for letting you drive my car, to be able to feel what it is like with the nicer brakes. i live in the east bay (danville) just let me know
some members of baae (bay area auto enthusiats) a yahoo email group also have this kit

Yea i was interested in the fastbrakes kit cause of my "moderate engine mods"
but i'm having doubts now cause im gonna use 14" slicks for drag next season. I might just get factory brake pads. I wanted Hawk HPS but I heard the pads have corrosive brake dust and my car is a daily driver.

the porterfield's street pad even cause a heck of a lot of dust, within like 1 week, i was like dam
i think next pad will be stock honda pad, no dust and no squeks
it would be awesome if you know how to change out pads, that way when you do some spirited driving you could put some agressive pads, and then go back to an acura pad for normal stuff
