hi, im not sure if this goes in the right forum so sorry if its not. But anyways, i just noticed that the first owner of the accord had neon lights uner his dash and seats but he disconnected them. So i want to re-connect it to see if it works so maybe i can sell to my friend. I found the switch under the dash of the driver seat but i dont know what to connect to make it start working again. He said something with the fuse box but he not sure. So any help would be appreciated. tHanks

 

Depends on how he installed them. If you are going to sell them I would just take them out and put the positive and negative wires to the battery and see if they light up. I have done that while the lighter plug on one went bad to see if it was the light or the plug I cur the plug off and touched the wires to the battery. Then when you install them just wire them to a switch wire the switch to the batter but make sure to put an in line fuse in there.
