The real story to that video is that the viper owner let off and then noticed the itr was still in it. The itr owner is the stupidest ricer in... quite possibly the world.

Toping out a boosted honda in 5th.

Its horrible. They let it spike or "creep" (tuners idea) to 28psi on a stock bottom end.
