cold air or short ram?

which one makes more power at high end? short ram or cold air? Im building a all motor ls/vtec and I was just curious I just got my swap done and ima do bolt ons then continue to build internals. Thanks guys!

From everything I have heard and seen short rams make the most peak and top end power do to less restrictions as long as you can get it fresh air.
